like that it comes apart to be dishwasher clean. used it once for fresh fish worked well. only issue i had was some oil left on the counter when i strained oil.
This is a replacement for a fryer we've used and abused for many years ... this oil filtering business is a great improvement! Wish I had discovered it sooner!
