I bought this pillow years ago and loved it! But after ordering this one, it's completely different. It's soft, but lumpy and it feels more worn out than the pillow I've had for years.
I have chronic neck pain, so finding the right pillow took quite some time. However, once I found this pillow (which was maybe 3 years ago) I have never looked back. I just ordered a second one!The best thing about this is with some very basic sewing abilities, a needle and some thread, you can do the customization part yourself. Don't even bother with shipping it back and forth. Sleep with it for one night, and then see if you want to take more out or add some back in. It's flawless.
Helps me sleep better as my neck tends to bother me when I sleep if I do not have a good pillow. Supports my neck much better than any other pillow I have bought and have finally found the right pillow.
My husband and I love these pillows! I got one first because I've had a lot of back and neck discomfort and I was wanting something that would be supportive and comfortable. This pillow made me realize how much I was missing good support and firmness in every other pillow I've had! I bought another when my husband mentioned needing something firmer and comfortable with support, and he loves his also!
