It was my first time to buy hard side luggage set. So I was skeptical to order one due to its breakage and capacity. However, to my surprise, the product was delivered in a good condition and seems sturdy. And the black color is really what I am looking for. Love it!!
I was satisfied with the customer service. Because I contact them that the hard side was slightly broken. Their customer service reply me at the first time and arranged to ship out a new one for me. I'm pleased with the quick resolution.
The luggage arrived quickly and I unboxed it, and found it to be as good if not better than the set I had purchased. Plus this set had the additional 3rd piece which is a certainly added value.
Packed it up and took on my vacation. Very balanced and wheels turn very smoothly. I really like the zipper cover on the one side and the shoe pockets which I used for electronics And it looks great.
I am so glad I decided to buy this! It was the perfect size for my carry-on and was so easy to manuever! It fit perfectly and easily in the overhead storage.
