Had an issue with the pump called customer service did the pictures emails and text. They are horrible! Went to Lowe's got an a/c pump now it's good.

Control system is funky and the ice is not hard. Needs to be better insulated and better compressor.

I like everything about this ice maker except the ice will not separate. Comes out in sheets and never separates. I have tried every setting possible. The thinner you make the sheet holding the cubes together, the more hollow your cubes are.

The ice machine works as advertised. Ice does come out as on solid sheet but it breaks up easily (this is common with this type of ice maker). The codes are a nice size and shape and it drops ice around every 15-20 minutes. The led lite in the inside is nice.

Makes ice just as it says it will. Great for drinks, but not coolers.

Great little ice maker that certainly makes enough ice for my cafe/ice cream shop. It keeps up with our making frozen coffee drinks and iced coffee with no problem at all. Nice cube shape and size. You will need a little pick or instrument to chop up the ice a bit.
