Firstly, the grill grates require repeated scrubbing after use, and they don't clean up in one go. Secondly, it's tricky to pour out the charcoal after it's burnt. At first glance, it looks good, but the cleaning process is quite a hassle. As a perfectionist, it's a bit frustrating for me.

Assembly took about an hour. The metal isn't too thick, but it's very stable on the countertop. The design is very reasonable. Don't tighten the screws too much when assembling the connecting parts for the first time. Adjust the screw holes first, then tighten the positioning screws. The assembly is a bit tedious, but overall not too difficult.
