Good slicer
We only used the slicer for the first time last night and it worked great. We made sure the previously smoked pork belly we wanted to slice was cold from the refrigerator and it sliced it very well. At one point, as recommended, when the meat warmed a bit, I cleaned the blade with a wet paper towel and the rest sliced just fine. So far so good!

Working great but
When we opened the box it was dented (shipping I am sure). Decided to keep it anyway. We have had it 2 months. Works great so far. Will give update in a few months. Right now would buy again.

Good Small Duty Machine
Makes ice fast if needed and I like the variable sizes. I am not sure how they get 33lbs in the bin. When I fill my 10lbs bags the bin is almost empty.

stopped working in 12 hours
1st time I used it, it made a bin of ice and then the pump wouldn't pump water over the cube maker. Ended up with a E2 code. took pump apart and found piece of magnet stuck in the impeller. works fine for now

Good customer service
The capacity is large, and the effect is not bad. I haven't paid attention to the power saving. The appearance is damaged during transportation. There is no big impact. The customer service attitude is also good. They are all helping me to solve the problem.
