This was PERFECT for what we needed this winter. My daughter would come running up next to the car in the garage and slip because of the melted snow and slush. My wife also would get out of the car and had to hold on so she didn't slip. Not after buying this mat. It's EXACTLY what we needed for winter time. My wife even commented about it and how nice it was to get out of her car and step on this instead of the sloppy wet floor (and she hardly says anything about my garage-based purchases).

This is an excellent very large mat and it prevents back strain in the long hours of doing laundry. I am glad I bought it even though its very heavy and for kitchens to prevent slipping because it has holes all through the design to allow fluids to leak through.

Return Procedure
1. Contact the customer service supporter of Zimtown, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)
2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.
3. Print the return label（RL）out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Zimtown would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days, and the refund will be given as money back.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.(including buyer Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake, Found a better price, Changed mind or Doesn't fit, etc.
All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise return will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified our customer service before returns.
Return Information
Most products on Zimtown are returnable as long as you return all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
You can return them for free only when there are manufacturing defects or Zimtown's mistakes.
To return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping label（RL）. Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days since you receive the product.
When we will process the refund
1. We would refund you in 2 days if the products haven't been shipped out; if the products are already on transportation, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.
2. All refunds will be returned to the same credit card which is used to pay the order or the Paypal account.
How much we will refund
1. We will fully refund when there is quality problems or mistakes caused by us such as ship the wrong product, damage, etc.
2. We will only return 80% if you return it for personal reasons such as you chose the wrong product, you don't need the product anymore, you find the case is not suitable for your products, etc.
3. The order can be canceled for free if it hasn’t been shipped.
Below situations will charge a shipping fee for returning and resending
