How to use:
1. Put batteries in the battery compartment at the back of the scale.
2. Units Switch: Press the unit key at the back of scale to choose kg/lb/st.
3. Keep the scale on the flat surface.
4. Step on the glass platform, the scale will turn on automatically.
5. Stand still for some seconds until LCD display shows your body weight.
6. The scale will turn off automatically after 5 seconds.
Note:
1. Switch-on over 3kg, this is not for light objects. If you want to weigh something below 7lb, we suggest customers buy Kitchen Scale.
2. People are at their lightest in the morning before breakfast. As food enters the body, weight goes up and by the afternoon, weight begins to fall back down. Exercise will also bring weight down. Keep in mind that weight fluctuates up to 4-6lbs throughout the day.
3. LCD display shows "LO" means low battery, please change the batteries.
4. LCD display shows "OL" means overload.

Return Procedure
1. Contact the customer service supporter of Zimtown, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)
2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.
3. Print the return label（RL）out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Zimtown would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days, and the refund will be given as money back.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.(including buyer Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake, Found a better price, Changed mind or Doesn't fit, etc.
All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise return will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified our customer service before returns.
Return Information
Most products on Zimtown are returnable as long as you return all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
You can return them for free only when there are manufacturing defects or Zimtown's mistakes.
To return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping label（RL）. Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days since you receive the product.
When we will process the refund
1. We would refund you in 2 days if the products haven't been shipped out; if the products are already on transportation, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.
2. All refunds will be returned to the same credit card which is used to pay the order or the Paypal account.
How much we will refund
1. We will fully refund when there is quality problems or mistakes caused by us such as ship the wrong product, damage, etc.
2. We will only return 80% if you return it for personal reasons such as you chose the wrong product, you don't need the product anymore, you find the case is not suitable for your products, etc.
3. The order can be canceled for free if it hasn’t been shipped.
