1.INSTALL THE BRIDGE/ADJUST THE STRINGS
If the strings are loose when you received, you need to adjust it. Please loosen the strings slightly , and slide the bridge to the below of the strings .( Don't make it too tight, since the strings are easy to break)
2.ADJUST THE BOW ROD
The correct tightening principle is the spacing between the bow hair and the bottom of the bow rod is just the thickness of pencil.
Note: inorder to reduce the effects of sweat, the neck is without paint.

Note:
1. When you receive the violin, please notice that the bridge is wrapped in paper and stowed underneath the tailpiece. Don't discard it. It should be installed in the middle of the two F Holes.
2. When you receive the bow and the hairs are loose, don't worry. Use the screw to tighten the frog so that the hair has tautness.
3. When you find that part of the bow hair is broken, it is normal, please cut off the broken part and the bow can be used normally.
4. Be careful to not over tighten your bow. The hair should have a slight bounce to it without touching the stick after placing it on the strings. Usually about 1/4 of an inch distance from the low point of the curve to the hair is ideal.
5. Hold the rosin with your index finger and thumb, and thus tighten up the bow, evenly smear the rosin on the bowstring up and down. Suggested use: before smearing, rip a trace on rosin to make it powdery for quick and even smearing. Try to keep your hands away from rosin or pad with a tissue while smearing; otherwise it will become too sticky to clean.
6. If the string falls out, don't worry, it can be reinstalled, please consult customer service.

Return Procedure
1.
Contact the customer service supporter of Zimtown, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos
if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)
2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.
3. Print the return label(RL)out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Zimtown would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days, and the refund will be given as money back.
All
NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking
fee.(including buyer Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake, Found a

must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing

Return Information

products on Zimtown are returnable as long as you return all original
packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
You can return them for free only when there are manufacturing defects or Zimtown's mistakes.

return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping
label(RL). Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days since you receive the product.
When we will process the refund

We would refund you in 2 days if the products haven't been shipped out;
if the products are already on transportation, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.

How much we will refund
1. We will fully refund when there is quality problems or mistakes caused by us such as ship the wrong product, damage, etc.

We will only return 80% if you return it for personal reasons such as you chose the wrong product, you don't need the product anymore, you find the case is not suitable for your products, etc.
